World combine harvester is used to harvest rice or wheat. A combine harvester can complete the whole process of rice or wheat from harvesting, threshing and clearing. Correct use of the machine can not only improve work efficiency, but also prolong its service life. The following combine harvester manufacturers give you some suggestions.
Start the harvester before harvesting. Before harvesting, the harvester should be started and run at the rated speed to prevent the cutter bar from being caught by the straw.
Choose an appropriate harvest time. It is best to harvest the rice or wheat after 9 am, when there is less dew and the rice or wheat is drier. In addition, it is best not to harvest grain after or when it rains, otherwise it may cause the harvester to get stuck and increase grain loss.
Adjust the header of a rice or rice harvester. The heat in the stubble is too high, making it difficult to harvest dwarf stalks, affecting planting in the coming year. The header should preferably be lowered, but not lower than 6 cm, otherwise it will cause soil cutting and further damage to the arbor.
Control the working speed. The working speed is closely related to the working efficiency and working effect of the combine harvester. Under normal circumstances, if the land is flat and open and the grains are in the yellow maturity stage, the operator can increase the working speed, otherwise the working speed should be reduced.
The machine should run in a straight line. When harvesting rice or wheat, the wheat/rice harvester should run in a straight line and stop when turning, otherwise the grain may be overwhelmed by the divider.
The throttle valve is in the neutral or open position when harvesting. When the harvester leaves the harvesting area, keep the throttle valve in the neutral or open position for about 30s to ensure that all the grain in the machine is discharged.
Post-harvest cleaning and maintenance of the combine harvester. After harvesting, there are often some dirt and other debris in the machine, which will corrode the combine harvester or cause the machine to block. Therefore, clean and oil the machine after harvest and store it in a dry and ventilated place.
