How to deal with common hydraulic failures of liftable rice combine harvesters?
Posted by Admin | 05 May
The hydraulic mechanism of rice combine harvester often has failures that the header cannot be hung up and the neutral position cannot be stopped. The main reasons and troubleshooting methods are as follows:
1. The hydraulic oil is not clean. Change clean hydraulic oil, clean filter and tank.
2. The amount of hydraulic oil in the fuel tank is insufficient. Add hydraulic oil to more than 2/3 of the full tank.
3. The hydraulic oil pipe leaks. Mainly because the hydraulic pipe is damaged or the hydraulic oil pipe joint is not tightly sealed, it should be replaced or repaired in time to prevent oil leakage.
4. The hydraulic oil pump is worn and the seal is not sealed. Damaged hydraulic oil pumps and seals should be repaired or replaced.
5. There is air in the oil circuit. After the oil tank is changed or the hydraulic oil is insufficient, air will enter the oil circuit, which will cause the header to not hang, and the air needs to be removed. Exhaust method: Loosen the nut of the oil outlet of the hydraulic pump and the nut of the oil inlet of the header hanging cylinder, start the engine, make the hydraulic pump work, and observe the oil overflowing from the oil outlet of the hydraulic pump. If there are no air bubbles , then tighten the nut, and then operate the lifting handle to lift the header. When the header is lifted to the highest and lowest extreme positions, and the hydraulic oil overflowing from the nut at the oil inlet of the cylinder has no bubbles, tighten the nut. Note that when tightening the nut, the engine should be turned off to ensure the safety of personnel.
6. The oil cylinder or oil seal is worn and damaged. Check the wear and damage of the oil cylinder and oil seal, and replace or repair.
7. The safety valve (overflow valve) is not working properly. After a period of use, the safety valve closes tightly and the pressure regulating spring is deformed. The hydraulic oil pressure is reduced, causing the header to fail to hang or lift slowly. At this time, it needs to be adjusted. The method is: after starting the engine, make the engine run at medium speed, put the hanging handle to the raised position, loosen the safety valve locking nut, and then loosen the adjusting bolt to completely lower the header to The lowest position, and then slowly screw in the adjusting bolts until the header can be lifted smoothly. At this time, the pressure adjusted in the hydraulic system is the best pressure. If the pressure is too high, the oil will heat up, and the gear oil pump will be damaged due to excessive load; if the pressure is too low, the header cannot be hung up smoothly. After adjustment, tighten the lock nut. rice combine harvester suppliers
