Storage and precautions of rice transplanter:

1. To store. Remove the soil, dust, oil, sundries, etc. from the whole machine. It is better to store it in the hangar. If there is no hangar, find a safe, flat, dry, ventilated and sunny place for storage, and use "three-color" cloth. Make a special cover to cover the whole machine to avoid the sun and rain.

2. Chassis.

(1). Check whether the gearbox and gear oil meet the standard, and add enough if it is insufficient.

(2). Check whether the clutch is normal, whether the "point" and "separation" are obvious, and adjust the abnormality, and replace the clutch friction plate and spring.

(3) Check whether the speed change, clutch, steering control mechanism and device are normal, whether the steering knuckle head is loose, must be fastened and reliable, and apply butter on the surface.

3. Header.

(1) Lower the header to the same level, and pad the header with wood to avoid direct contact between the header and the ground, so that the hydraulic cylinder of the header lift is completely inactive. The reel is hydraulically lifted and should be placed in a low position.

(2). Check whether there is peeling paint on the part of the header. If there is, it should be cleaned and repainted or painted with anti-rust oil. The full-feed harvester should check whether the feeding auger of the header is deformed, and whether the bearings at both ends are worn; the half-feed harvester should check whether the reel is fissioned, worn, etc., the reel chain, supply chain, feeding depth chain, Check whether the chain at the right conveying end and the conveying chain at the left stem end are not under stress, and brush with waste oil; check the bearings of each chain tensioner. It is advisable to loosen the tensioning screw of the claw belt under the Henghe chain of the header until the belt is not stressed.

(3) Check whether the cutting knife is damaged or loose, otherwise replace it. At the same time, tighten each cutting knife, check the gap between the fixed knife and the moving knife, and apply butter on the surface of the fixed knife and the moving knife.

(4). Check all transmission parts (including the threshing device): the belt tensioner is loosened. If there is no hangar, the belt should be removed, and then check whether it needs to be replaced. If not, apply talcum powder to each belt , stored indoors (including threshing drum belt, threshing filter belt, fan belt, auger belt, shaker belt, grass discharging belt, grass cutting belt); all chains are removed, cleaned and dried with metal cleaning solution, and then Soak it in waste oil for two days, then apply butter, wrap it up and store it, and then install it when you use it.

(5). Check and maintain the conveyor belt or chain to see if the fully fed conveyor trough is deformed.

4. Threshing device.

(1). Open the threshing chamber, clean up the remaining grains and weeds, and prevent the machine from rotting and deteriorating.

(2). Check whether the threshing drum is worn and deformed, whether the threshing gear bar is damaged and deformed, whether the bearings at both ends of the threshing drum are worn, and re-inject the butter.

(3). Check whether the concave screen and vibrating screen in the threshing chamber are normal.

(4) Open the cleaning ports of the horizontal auger, vertical auger and shaker, and then idling the threshing section to clean up the unreleased rice to prevent mice from making nests and damaging the wires.

(5) For semi-feeding, the feeding depth conveying chain, threshing conveying chain and grass discharging conveying chain shall be loosened and in a state of no force, check whether the chain drive wheel is worn, and brush waste oil on the chain.

5. Electrical part.

Remove the positive and negative connectors of the battery, rinse the oxide and the surface with hot water, if the battery is fully charged, add the electrolyte and store it indoors; Until the distilled water has no sour taste, add the electrolyte, fully charge it, tighten the liquid cap, and store it indoors.

6. Engine.

(1) Imported engine: generally there is no major problem, just clean up the sundries outside the water tank (2). Domestic engine: check the tightness of the cylinder head bolts; the fuel supply part is mainly to check the tightness of the diesel tank and the oil pipe, Replace the oil filter to ensure smooth oil supply and normal oil pressure. After long-term storage, the diesel engine must be drained and drained. Diesel oil will be hydrated if it is not used for a long time in the oil pipe; the cooling system part should drain the cooling water to prevent the water tank from rusting and the sudden temperature change will freeze the water tank; the lubrication system part checks the tightness of the oil pan and oil pipe, Replace the oil filter element, check the scale of the lubricating oil with an oil dipstick; the air filter element should be cleaned, and the air filter should be wrapped and sealed with a tarpaulin for outdoor equipment to prevent rainwater and other debris from entering.
