During the operation of the harvester, the operator of the agricultural machinery should pay attention to various abnormal phenomena of the harvester, such as whether the cutting table is smooth or not, whether the waste of rice exceeds the specified standard, and the exhaust pipe of the engine emits white, black and blue smoke. ; Whether the readings of various instruments are normal; whether there is oil leakage, water leakage, etc. If there is, it should be stopped for inspection, and analyzed and eliminated.
The second is smell. If the agricultural machinery operator smells the smell of glue, burnt smell and other strange smells, it means that a certain part or part of the harvester is faulty and should stop the machine for inspection.
The third is to listen. In the operation of the harvester, sometimes abnormal sounds are heard, such as the engine running erratically or the sound of knocking the cylinder, or the sound of mechanical parts hitting and scratching. To stop inspection at any time to exclude.
The fourth is sense. In the operation, the engine power is insufficient, the steering lever is not well controlled, the harvester deviates; the clutch clutch is poor, the gear is difficult to shift, and the harvester is blocked. The operator of the agricultural machinery can feel it. At this time, the machine should be stopped for inspection, adjustment and maintenance.
The fifth is to check. The agricultural machinery operator must operate the harvester correctly during the operation. The harvester should be inspected before leaving the field, during operation, and after stopping. Such as whether fuel, oil, hydraulic oil, and cooling water are sufficient. Whether the bolts of the connecting parts are loose; whether the parts are lubricated; whether the harvester is damaged, etc. If so, it should be excluded at any time.
In a word, the technical condition of the harvester should be good, that is, three are flexible, four are not leaking, five are clean, and six are good.
Three flexible: manipulation, rotation, hydraulic lifting should be flexible.
Four no leakage: no oil leakage, no water leakage, no air leakage, no electricity leakage.
