According to the structure, it can be divided into crawler rice combine harvester, world combine harvester and rice transplanting machine. The crawler type rice harvester is suitable for areas with large plots; the small rice harvester has the characteristics of light weight, strong power, comfortable operation, low labor intensity, and clean harvesting, and is suitable for small fields such as plains, hills, terraced fields, and triangular fields.
Vertical header semi-feeding rice combiner
The fingers and the double-layered star wheel of the grass-supporting device straighten the fallen grass plants, and then they are cut by the cutter. The cut ear stalks are transported to one end of the header by the upper and lower transverse conveyor chains in the upright state, enter the upper and lower longitudinal intermediate conveyor chains, and then transported backward to the threshing clamping chain. The threshing and clamping chain clamps the root end of the ear stalk and conveys it along the axial direction of the drum, so that the ear part enters the gap between the axial flow drum and the concave plate. The arch teeth of the axial flow drum are arranged in different helical zones on the circumference of the drum, and the height and shape of the arch teeth in each zone are different. The entry section of the ear stalk is the combing area, and the tooth shape is low and wide, which is conducive to the introduction and combing of the ear stalk, and takes off a small amount of easy-to-discard grains. The middle part is the threshing area, the tooth shape is high and steep, the tooth top arc is small, and the ear stalk is subjected to strong combing and blowing action, which removes a large amount of grain. The exit section is the strong stalk removal area, and the arch teeth are densely arranged to remove the remaining hard-to-remove grains. The removed grains fall through the sieve holes of the concave plate, and the light and small impurities are blown out of the machine by the airflow of the fan. The grains are output through the screw conveyor and flow into the grain bags on the grain unloading platform. The threshed stalks are discharged from the outlet of the clamping chain. Since there are few broken stalks mixed into the grain, the simple type generally does not have a separation device and a cleaning screen.
The eccentric spring-toothed or plate-type reel pulls the plant toward the cutter, and the cut stalk falls on the table. The derailleurs of the header conveyor chain protruding from the table surface evenly dial the ear stalks to the right, so that they enter the longitudinal conveyor chain, and are clamped upward and backward to the threshing clamping conveyor chain. The threshing clamping conveyor chain clamps the root end of the ear stalk to make the ear part hang upside down and enter the gap between the drum and the concave plate to thresh. The threshing device and threshing principle are the same as those of the vertical header half-feeding rice combiner.
